The daily Lead and Organization RTP reports have been, at first blush, "interesting" to my reps. But virtually all of them have asked to be able to customize/filter the reports so that the Lead and the Organization reports only show the prospects/prospect companies that they're committed to attacking.
Being that RTP was built around the premise of account-based-marketing (ABM), I should be able to set this up for each rep, but haven't quite figured it out.
- Would I need to set up an ABM segment for each rep? - Can I customize the email report to show only their respective leads/accounts?
A belated thanks for your guidance. I'm revisiting this topic again. More specifically, I was interested in tailoring Organizations Email Report so that it would only show the target accounts of each of my respective reps. Do you know if that's possible? I believe the default is the "top 50", which looks to be the organizations that have exhibited the most web activity.
