We're using an engagement nurture program for our welcome series, and I'm in the process of setting up some rules to pause/transfer to empty stream leads who have exhausted content. Currently we only have leads coming into two streams, and when viewing these on the Streams tab in the program itself its showing 3,677 exhausted leads across the two streams. However my Smart Campaign (and Members tab) is pulling up 14,652 exhausted leads, and after checking the data that's correct.
It's my understanding that the Streams and Members tab should both show the overall number of exhausted leads. Any ideas why the volumes showing as exhausted in the individual streams would be incorrect/not showing all? Thanks!
