Nurture/Drip Campaign Unsubscribe Pages

Hello,

We are creating two nurture campaigns - one for employers and one for job seekers. If a job seeker wants to receive employer nurture emails, and vice versa, is it recomended to create a separate landing page where they can receive that? Or, would we set that up as a campaign in the nurture series.

Thanks,
Jack

Hi Jack,

At some point, it means you will want to replace your unsubscribe page with a preference center win which you leads will be able to choose their newsletter or nurturing preferences. Search the community for preference center on how to do this.

Thanks, Gregoire. Another question we had was, are there steps to unsubscribing people from just the nurture/drip campaign and NOT on their specific optin preferences?

Re: Nurture/Drip Campaign Unsubscribe Pages

Hi Jack,

Legally speaking you always need to offer people to be able to fully unsubscribe from all your communications.

But you can mitigate this with a subscription / preference center in which you would offer the possibility to selectively unsubscribe from certain types of communications. But even though, the possibility to unsubscribe from everything must always be present.

Greg nailed it on the head. I'd just add that it is also referred to as Subscription Center when you are searching through to see how to build one.

I'd consider having two separate pages or using the dynamic content method.
