Multiple People RSVP together

Is it possible to set up a form that allows multiple people to register to an event together and then each of those people becomes a campaign member of a SFDC campaign? Use case: we would like to allow parents and students to register for an event together but each to be counted as a seperate RSVP.

Please do a search for this solution. There are quite a few options here in the forum.

If you want the Parent and Student to be associated, it must be done carefully.
