More than one approved Revenue Cycle Model

Hi,

Is it possible to have more than one approved Revenue Cycle Model? We have two separate types of customers that have very different stages.

Yes, but you need to have a license for multiple RCMs.  By default most accounts have only 1,

You will also need two separate lifecycle systems to manage the Stages and be able to clearly identify the two types of records.

Good points. We already have two separate lifecycle programmes set up to move leads between stages. Although we will need to consider how we identify the two different types eg. lifecycle 1 is L1Prospect vs lifecycle 2 is L2Prospect (or something similar). There is also the potential that users will enter our database as an inferred lifecycle 1 who may need to be moved to a lifecycle 2. Lots to consider!
