We are located in New Hampshire, seacoast area and we use Salesforce as our CRM. We have had NUMEROUS phone calls with Maketo for syncing help, campaign questions and just overall troubleshooting. Many of our issues go unanswered because we receive the response "talk to your Salesforce Admin." While we do have a few Salesforce admins in other departments, they do not understand Marketo. SO, we are interested in exploring the possibility of a consultant to come in and take a look at our Salesforce and Marketo integration to help our overall syncing and ensure that we are properly using the 2 programs to the best of their ability.

We have something set up in our instance to update customers on their stage in our sales funnel. So these emails are operational because it is specific to their financing deal with us. They are all set up through API so we can pass in information that Marketo Tokens cannot see. We are experiencing sometimes a 3 hour delay when API is sent "Campaign is Requested" to when it finally sends out the email. In our smart list we have the Web API call and in the flow the only step is to send the email. Nobody from Marketo can help us to troubleshoot what the problem is.
