A few sales reps from my company have recently showed me disturbing trends with Marketo Sales Insights. Their MSI field on the account level will be completely blank; furthermore there best bets tab are populated with engagement from 3 years ago. How can we get MSI in Salesforce to populate with the newest management
Are your lead scoring programs all built out, activated, and reacting activity that's currently taking place? Seems like I'd walk backwards through my scoring programs to ensure activity is being logged properly for contacts and leads since that's what populates into the MSI data.
There's also the Sales Insight section in Admin where you define which scores are used to power stars/flames, and what thresholds should be used for classifications so make sure that is pointing to your active scoring model as well.
