Marketo Sales Insight in SFDC

Hello Marketo users out there,

    We have an issue where a particular user in SFDC is unable to see the actions drop down option in the sales insight section on the lead object in sfdc. Others with the same profile as him can see the field but not this 1 person. please refer to the screen shot below. Thanks in advance

This usually indicates that the lead in question doesn't yet have a corresponding record in Marketo.  Was this particular lead created very recently, i.e. within the last 15 minutes?

Hi Kenny,

   its not a new lead and the issue is for this particular user only. Other users on the same record are able to see the actions drop down. The lead record is in Marketo.

Hi Kenny,

If the lead was just created, MSI would be empty.

I am afraid it relates to the fact that rights on MSI have not been fully granted to all users, when installing MSI package. Normally, when doing this installation, rights should be granted to all users (it can be later controlled though page layouts limitations, unless you use SFDC Professional edition).

This is not really true, MSI will be able to display the creation milestone as a "virtual" interesting moment, so it will not appear to be empty, even if it doesn't have a Marketo side record.
