Our team is having trouble getting programs to open, and we are completely unable to preview or edit emails. Is anyone else having this issue?

I suggest creating a support ticket.

Which browser are you using? Try logging in/out or switching browsers to see if that helps.

Thanks! I only have Google Chrome and IE, but Marketo doesn't seem to work for me at all in IE (on a regular basis).

I had the same problem briefly, lasted about ten minutes.
