On the Marketo exam, there's one question that asks the roles of the different stakeholders are during the scoring process (CEO, CRM, marketing, sales).
I couldn't find anything in the Product Docs about this, so does anyone have (or know where I can find) a resource that outlines the specific roles of each of the stakeholders?

This is not a Marketo-specific question, rather the new Marketo Certification exam also tests general marketing principles and best practices. Just something to keep in mind as these concepts can heavily influence how you use Marketo.

Yes, this is found in the Definitive Guide to Lead Scoring. IMHO this doesn't really belong on the exam. I only knew to prepare for it because it came up in the test prep class.
I remember being taken aback during my test and thought it was a trick question or something, because it wasn't what I anticipated being on the MCE
I personally think it's not an appropriate question for the MCE Exam. And actually I disagree with their "correct" answer! But you know, teach to the test...
