I will be going to Adobe Summit this year and taking the Marketo Certified Expert Exam and was wondering if anyone has taken it and what they used to help prep?
But there are only a few prep-questions and topic examples, and then the links at the bottom direct to the basic docs. I wonder if there was anywhere else that I can refer to for additional studying that has helped with prep?
This user has been posting a lot of helpful questions https://nation.marketo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/49656.
I got my training paid for by my company right from Marketo, but if you listen and watch Joe Retiz on Youtube he is really helpful and his videos are very similar to the actual Marketo training. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCR1gLMRmt-snX0zMWVQB7Vw .
There's of course the product docs provided by Marketo as well https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Core+Marketo+Concepts
There are some unofficial practice exams floating around on this site.
My best suggestion is to read through literally everything on docs.marketo.com, make note of what you don't understand, and study it. Especially the report types and how acquisition program is set.
The only thing that I think is not in help docs is lead scoring strategy. Read the definitive guide to lead scoring and find out who they think should have the final approval on lead scoring methodology.
CHIMUG is having MCE Prep webinars also https://mugs.marketo.com/chicago-mug/
