We engage our customer multiple ways - events, email, nurture, etc. Has anyone tried to use Marketo to map out the engagement points/picture?

I was able to find a very helpful post by Dan.
Sounds like there are two ways to view activities of a list of leads:
1. Using power BI via a central database
2. integration between Marketo and Power BI (less likely)
If anyone has any insights on option 1, or point me to a direction to learn more option 1, that will be very helpful.
