I am working on cleaning up a Marketo instance synced with Microsoft Dynamics and am seeing a lot of duplicates. When I attempt to merge duplicates in Marketo, I get an error message saying "Merging two Microsoft leads is not supported yet".
What is a good process for managing duplicates when syncing with Dynamics CRM? Do these always have to be merged on the Dynamics side?
