MS Dynamics custom entities: display in Person Details view ?

Hello,

Is it possible to display the MS Dynamics custom entities in the Person Details view of Marketo ?

If yes, could someone explain how? Because we have synched a custom MSD entity but it does not show in the person detail view.

Thanks !

Vincent

Select your Dynamics Entities you want to sync here:

Then select the fields you want to sync:

These will then appear in the "MS Custom Fields" tab.  Although just be aware that Marketo has still not made it possible to provide many of the "friendly" field values/names and instead just provides the GUID.  Something we've been waiting for for years.

Hi Dan,

Thank you for your answer. I have Synched the MS entity as per your instructions, but I do not see the 'MS Custom Fields' tab you are talking about.

Do you know what may be the problem?

Vincent, I'm referring to the tab in the Activity Log - do you see this in your environment?

Re: MS Dynamics custom entities: display in Person Details view ?

Hi Dan,

Yes I have this view witth the Microsoft Custom Fields tab. However, the entity that I synched does not appear in this tab (or anywhere else), even if I am able to select it in smart campaigns triggers/ filters constraints, which means that it is well-synched, doesn't it ?

I am having the same experience. This is not a very well documented feature. =(
