We have 3 publishers that push leads into our Marketo database. For one of the publishers, unfortunately, a big portion of the leads are not being captured into Marketo and therefore are not rolling up to the correct SFDC campaign. And that discrepancy is HUGE (discrepancy of leads being tracked and that of which appears in Marketo). For now, they have been manually entered into Marketo, but wanted to see how this be prevented in the future.

As with any question like this, we also need way more info about how exactly they are "pushing": which API endpoint, a sample payload, what HTTP response they're logging, and so on.
