We're using the Event Check-in App and are having issues with the sync back to Marketo.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

In terms of troubleshooting make sure you have checked off all the requirements.
Is the event date within 7 days of current date?
Check the channel applies to -> Event
Check your statuses and status numbers to make sure they make sense.
All else fails; restart device and contact Marketo support.

Yeah, we're all set up in terms of set-up. I've just checked your tips as well, and it's all in order. Very strange!
We ended up tracking separately on a spreadsheet and updating statuses manually post-event.
Ticket raised with Marketo, I'll post it on here if we get a response.
