I have been trying to import the subscription center template. It runs for hours "importing" and then stops. I contacted support and they dropped my support case from a 3 to a 4 and sent a link to read about importing. I have already read that link and I have watched the videos (mentioned that when I opened the case). They advised I delete triggers and filters - we had 5 total and that didn't fix the import issue.
We don't have a very robust set-up or a ton of contacts that would bring the system to a crawl. I would have a hard time imagining our little instance would cause an import to take a day or two to import.
Did anyone else attempt to import this and run into issues or does it take an entire day?
