Integrating 2 Marketo Instances

We are looking to pass subscribe/unsubscribe data between two marketo instances.
Has anyone tried to integrate the two? Any tips/approaches?

I have not tried this but an approach that jumps out at me is just using a webhook posting to the other instance in an unsubscrive workflow.

Yes that's what I would think as well. Could not get it to work.
