Insufficient Privileges in SFDC

We are having access issues for marketo features in salesforce. Some of our SFDC users can see the summary Marketo Sales Insights within a Contact page, but when they click on the "Go to list" option, they see the second image saying that they have insufficient privileges. Within the Setup, admin has made sure that their profiles are added to the Security option for all mkto_si visualforce pages (third image), but still they cannot view the insights area.
