We are worried that email clicks are being recorded incorrectly or maybe triggered by spam filters. We have two leads that show the same strange activity - each nurture email we send out appears to be clicked on immediately after it is sent. Is a spam filter triggering a click? Also we sent out a NPS email which a customer appears to have clicked on the score 0 five times although we know it's a very happy customer.
Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
This is a well known issue. Please search in here for already discussed resolutions. Unfortunately, spam filters do click on links and do cause this issue. You can try to mitigate this with the Clicked Link in Email filter and some other options.
