How to add a 'tentative date' to a smart campaign?

According to this documentation, Understanding Tentative/Confirmed Dates - Marketo Docs - Product Docs, "Smart Campaigns and Email Programs have a powerful capability to be marked as Tentative or Confirmed"

Where is this possible within a batch smart campaign?  I don't see it anywhere.

HI Dan

Go to the Schedule view of your program, and right click, start to enter the name of an entry. When you have one, the drop list below will ungrey and show a few items, including the available batch campaigns. The entry will be a "tentative" date by default. Then you can confirm it.

Thanks for clarifying, Greg.  The documentation didn't contain any of this.  Is this available to anyone or just to those who have seats to use the Calendar?

Hi Dan,

The "schedule" view is available to all Marketo users. Calendar seats give access to the global calendar, where one can see all entries from all programs.
