How can we sync the marketo only custom field with the SFDC field

We are migrating from SFMC to marketo and have synced all the objects & fields from SFDC to marketo.
We have a field "StartDateTime" (Data Type - DateTime) which is a constraint under a activity object which we need as a separate field and not as a constraint so that we can use it as an attribute under 'Remove from flow' as the value of the field "StartDateTime" keeps changing, so here we are trying to achieve it like if the "StartDateTime" of a prospect changes don't send the email.

We tried creating another Marketo custom filed "StartDateTimeMeeting" with same date type which we can use in the 'Remove from flow' . But How can we sync the constraint "StartDateTime" value with Marketo only custom field "StartDateTimeMeeting"?

Or any other workaround from which we can manage multiple "StartDateTime" changes and add or remove records from the Flow.

Normally you can ask support to remap or merge fields for the following objects:  Lead, Contact, Account. (there are a few gotchas so contact support for help with your particular use case).

 

You mentioned this field exists on the Activity object correct?

You will need a workaround and you will need to explore what type of relational connection it will need to have to solve your particular business need such as 1:N or N:N, etc.

 

Short answer: you would just get by with a custom field on the Lead/Contact object that does a lookup or you may need the help of a SFDC custom object that will need to be synched to Marketo.
