How can I get the "Created By" Field on the lead or contact in SFDC to populate in Marketo?

How can I get the "Created By" Field on the lead or contact to populate in Marketo? Is this possible? 

 

I am trying to say make a filter in marketo any record created by one of our sales reps. Is this possible?
