Hi all, my team set up a gotowebinar but did not use the Marketo form for registrations. Several people have already registered and I do not want the current registrants to receive the 2nd and 3rd invites. Because we did not use a Marketo form, I'm looking for the best way to set up my smart campaign. Currently, I have if someone visits the GoToWebinar thank you for registering page then they will be marked as registered and skip the next 2 invites. Does that sound correct? If so, how do I avoid the people who have received that link in the past 2 weeks from receiving the invites?
Is GoToWebinar connected to Marketo? Even if you don't use Marketo forms, you might be able to pull registration information into your program and update program status so you can exclude them.
Hey Shari, the GoToWebinar integration needs to have marketo forms involved in the program.
You can't do it the other way.
