Form report

Hello all,

I am looking for an easy way to see all the forms that have been submitted in the last X months. Along with the list of forms, I would like to see a few stats on those forms such as # of leads who have submitted the form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Form report

Are all of these forms on Marketo landing pages? If so, you could use a landing page report to track conversions.

Re: Form report

No They are not all on Marketo pages. Many of them are hosted on other pages such as the website.

Re: Form report

Are you setting the Program Status each time a form is completed? In that case, you could probably run a Program Report, pulling in each Program you have the forms connected to. You'd be able to see Total Members, as well as New Names.

Another option would be to create a Smart List for each form (or Program with the appropriate Program Status that populates on form completion - depends how you have your instance set up) then add them as Columns in a Lead Report.

Re: Form report

Our Marketo Instance has been active for eight years and I am trying to get a sense of what is active and what is not. I need to know what have even been filled out in 2016. As you can imagine, I do not know if all forms are connected to programs, connected to landing pages, or even where all the forms are. my predecessors have not kept any documentation nor made it easy to even find the assets.

I knew Marketo did not have any reports that directly looked at forms. This is why I went to the great community to hopefully prove I was wrong.

Re: Form report

Well, depending on if each form directs to its own "Thank You" landing page upon submission, you could run a landing page report on "Thank You" (or whatever they might be called) and then deactivate unused forms on a program level basis. This depends, however, on whether or not forms are local to each program or if you're using one universal form (in Design Studio) on multiple pages.

You could also run a Smart List on Program Statuses being changed, providing Smart Campaigns are set up to change a status on form completion.

Re: Form report

You could run a smart list for forms and then create a view to include the info you want to see.

Re: Form report

Sadly simply using a smart list only pulls in leads that filled out forms, not all the forms themselves.
