Form Fields Freezing & auto adjusting width

When I adjust the width of our form to be less than 500px wide, some of the fields (first name, last name & phone number) get stretched out and freeze. The form needs to have a width less than 400. I've double checked the form and landing page settings and can't figure ou the culprit

First, last name & phone # fields are frozen as well

the frozen part to your issue, could be that you have the text layer (above the form) hanging down over the first few fields.

For the stretching part our your issue, could be related to your CSS on your template.
