External Sync Not Working

Has anyone else been experiencing syncing problems with SF or SugarCRM? We started noticing them yesterday afternoon and were told by SugarCRM that the delays were on the Marketo side. As of right now we're still not syncing reliably.

Are there certain conditions (times of day, volume, etc) when you are seeing issues with the sync?
