As everyone knows, the marketo event app is lacking behind what's standard for events now.
Has anyone implemented an, or built their own, event check-in solution? Preferably using QR codes...
It might be worth looking at atEvent, they had a booth at the Summit and as far as I remember they have a QR and input solutions, it also connects directly to Marketo along with API connectors for other platforms.
Since we are using both Marketo and Salesforce for lead management, I would say using Salesforce for QR code check-in and it will sync to Marketo simultaneously.
If you use salesforce, the most easier way would be to search the right QR code check-in tool in Salesforce AppExchange Market.
