Engagement Stream did not cast

I have members showing as IN Stream, but the stream did not cast - the first email in the stream never sent. How is that possible?

Are you using direct emails or nested programs? Assuming you used emails, can you post

  • Screenshot of Engagement Program Performance Report
  • Screenshot of Summary page (view of overall engagement program that shows the number of members and their statuses)
  • Screenshot of entire stream w/ all pieces of content and cadence visible

When was the first cast scheduled for?

Program showing 100 members - but one is showing as Default Stream, not sure if that's the problem. 

- The one that is NOT the Default stream did NOT cast.

- All EMs are activated in both streams

@Rachel_Noble is absolutely right. Without the other requested screenshots we really cannot help you find the source of the problem. Please provide the other views and then we can help you get to the heart of the issue. If you have a reason not to, all we can do is ask some questions for you to verify:

  • As the default stream did go out the Engagement Program is turned on and the default stream has a schedule set. What about the schedule for your second stream?
  • Is your content simply emails or content programs? If content programs, could there be a filter in your smart campaign that has disqualified all?
  • Have you checked the cadence for the people in your second stream? Are they set to paused?
