Last I heard it was 100 ACTIVE engagement programs. But even if you deactivate them (which you should do, and not delete, if no longer needed - so that you can still report on them), this still goes against that count (unless Marketo has fixed this). Each time we hit our limit, Marketo extends our limit in our instance.
An engagement program can have a maximum of 15 streams. I am not aware of a limit to how many emails can be in any one stream but I have streams with 20 emails in them.
Does anyone know the total here for streams? (not programs)
I'm looking to set up an engagement program that hosts multiple nurtures (for one single business unit) that are related, though not identical. Just wanna know how scalable this approach is/pitfalls I should be aware of before drawing up the design.
The audience for these nurtures will overlap, so by having one single program, I'll be able to control the flow of leads more effectively given that they can only be in one stream.
