We have setup an engagement program consisting of Subprograms.After the initial setup was done, one email was deployed

When we checked the dashboard there were no numbers in the engagement score. Later we found that the leads weren't added as members to the subprograms. We then added the step as Member for all the subprograms

The second email was also deployed and still, we couldn't see the engagement score. Adding the success step will help us get the score?

Please suggest any methods to populate the score in dashboard and metrics

Yes, the engagement score is calculated (with programs in streams) based on program membership and success. It also takes 72 hours to populate but I think thats for engagement programs with emails not programs.

Thanks for this. But do you think adding the success step will populate the engagement score?

Situation: We have set a stream to add 8 email and cadence will be 2 weeks. First, two email was sent successfully. But we are looking to send out the emails 3 and 4 at the cadence of 3 weeks.

Question: In this scenario, will the leads receive emails 1, 2, and so on. Or will they receive 3 and 4 which are the immediate emails to be sent out?

Hi Suren,

This is a different question. Open a new thread and provide some screen shots or more detailed information on how you intend to change the cadence of the streams.
