Is there a way to edit the redirect rule and link without needing admin access? The first redirect rule directs to a link with a typo - so it does not work. Is there a way to edit this link without needing Admin Access?

The answer, though, is that this is an Admin feature. But if the page (the typo) is on your Marketo LP domain, you could create a fake page with that bad address, then use JS (on the page itself) to redirect to the real page. If the typo URL is on another domain then of course this won't work.
