Edit Code on a Form to Open in a New Tab after Download is Complete

Hello. We are using forms on our Marketo landing pages. The forms include different fields that must be filled out in order to download and view a PDF document. Once someone completes the fields and submits for the download, the downloaded PDF opens in the same tab rather than a new tab. This is directing them away from our website because then the landing page is no longer open.

How can we edit our code for the form to make the PDF open in a new tab? Is there a way to edit the code on a form when the form is not available under "Designer"? If so, where can we go to edit this and what coding would we need to input for the PDF to open in a new tab?
