Drip Campaign from an Auto Response Email

Hello,

I am not sure what the best way to go around this.

We have an email auto response already set up for when a webform is filled out. We want to send a drip campaign email 2 weeks after they have filled out the form.

What is the best way to get that to work?

Thanks so much!

Re: Drip Campaign from an Auto Response Email

Hi Beth,

I assume you have a campaign set up that is triggered by the form submission? Use the same campaign Flow section, add a 2-week wait step, then add a 'Send Email' step for the second email. You can add as many drip emails as you want to this same campaign.

Hope that helps,

Bruce

Hi Beth,

Is your drip campaign set up as an Engagement Program?

Re: Drip Campaign from an Auto Response Email

Hi Rachel,

It is not. It was set up as an auto response email from our webform.

I’m trying to add a drip campaign onto it. So whenever someone fills out the form, they receive a follow up email two weeks later.

Not sure how to add it on without messing up the auto response email.

Thank you,

Re: Drip Campaign from an Auto Response Email

Hi Beth,

Since you plan on having multiple emails in this drip campaign, I'd

recommend creating a new Engagement Program for your drip campaign emails.

Then in your campaign that sends the followup email, you can add a 2 week

wait step before adding them to this new Engagement Program.
