Different Form Action for Known vs New Contacts

We have a form that will be used to deliver content dynamically depending on whether its a known Marketo contact or if it's a new one. Effectively:

- For known contacts, the form should take them straight to a PDF.

- For new contacts, the form will take them to a "thank you" page and deliver an email with a link to the PDF.

Any way of doing this?
