Differ Sandbox appearance from Production

Is there a way to change the appearance of the Sandbox environment so that it is easy to identify it from the Production environment?

Color? Background?

One trick though: when we create users in a Sandbox, we always add (sandbox) to their last name.

Since the name appears in the top menu in Marketo, at least we have a hint.
