Dashboard and E-mail Performance data discrepancy

When I check the data of my e-mail dashboard, it´s different from the data shown in the Analytics/E-mail Reports/E-mail Performance. Is it right?

E-mails sent, delivered and the others has diferente values. Could someone help me?

Re: Dashboard and E-mail Performance data discrepancy

Hi @Fernando_Lysco - reports sometimes do have discrepancies, but the ones you're seeing are significant enough that I'd say something else is going on here.

Your first port of call should probably be double checking that the report you're looking at doesn't have any additional filters applied to it that you're not aware of - check the smart list & set up tab. Is it only looking at activity of a smaller group? Or a certain timeframe?

You was right, I have had selected the Open E-mail filter.
