This may seem like a dumb question, but can someone please explain the use of the Marketo Lead Info field "Customer Community Newsletter Subscriber".
We were using the field as an opt In/Out of our customer newsletter. Is this the proper use?
Does anyone have another use case (best practice) for this field?
There seems to be some confusion within my organization of when this field is True/False. From my understanding, when this field is checked (True) = the lead is opted In and when this field is empty (False) = the lead has not opted In or has been opted out. Is this correct?
