Custom Object filter error

We have a SFDC custom object that is related to Leads which is synced to Marketo. while using this as a filter in smart list (has customObject name). the results are not showing up correctly, few of the leads get omitted from the list even though the criteria seems to be matching for those leads. just wanted to see if anyone else is facing the same issue or got this error resolved.

I have not seen this error before and I have custom objects as well.  Would beinteresting to see what the filter criteria and results are showing

Just one filter "Has Custom Object name" equals to True. the results shows only 60% of records and omitted rest.

Yes Jamie, this was solved, what we found out was that the sync was taking bit more time since the Object was enabled for sync for the first time and the entire DB with related object data had to sync, so the delay caused us to see fewer data. to rectify the issue we had to look into the Logs of record where it shows that activity of " Add to custom Object". in which case there were few records without this activity log due to delay in sync.
