I am looking for a recommendation for setting up a custom dimension by audience (before I create the dimension and can't change it). How will the number of segments in an audience impact reporting in Email Insights? I am wondering if you can drill down to the individual segments in the audience once the custom dimension is set up. Any insight will help!
Thanks for responding Josh. I want to add a dimension for different segments within our lead database. I am interested to know if it is beneficial to include multiple segments in a custom dimension based on audience. This may allow us to stretch what we get out of the 10 custom dimension. On the other hand, it may be a cleaner report if I use a single segment in the audience.
