I am trying to use Marketo to convert Leads to Contacts when a data value changes. It seems that the conversion does not pass over the activities related to the Lead. Has anybody else experienced this / fixed it from not doing that?
Forget about it. Too few controls on the behavior of the conversion process, and too many potential issues (no control over conversion status, no visibility on mandatory field completion, no correct management of contact or account merge, plus some potential issues with record ownership).
But, when it succeeds, the conversion should pass all SFDC and Marketo activities.
