Has anyone else experienced an issue where they've attempted to add the 'Click Link' choice in an 'Add to List' filter within a smart campaign flow and is unable to select it? And it defaults to 'Clicked Link in Shared Email' instead?
Would be great to know if it's a known issue or there's something else I need to consider.

Same issue fro me, i´d like to add a lead to a specific list if he clicks a specific link in a e-mail. But this process seems to be not included as i just can choose the mail but not the specific link.
Found a workaround within this forum. You can use the Report EMail Link Performance to get a view about clicks on a specific link
