Lately we are hitting our API limit with Salesforce a lot, which is tough because nothing is syncing of course, but it also locks up some of the functionality of Salesforce and other applications with which it's integrated.
We are in the process of upping our API limit with salesforce (ours is currently 31,000) but in the meantime is there anyway to put a cap on the number of API calls that Marketo makes so we avoid hitting our limit and affecting other applications?
Marketo support can put a cap on the number of calls Marketo is allowed to make. Just open a ticket and let us know what you'd like to set it at.
The other option would be to use the Campaign Inspector in Marketing Activities to see which campaigns are using the SFDC flow steps and see what you can do to reduce their usage.
