Hi, I'm wondering if I can add a new tab in the Marketo Sales Insight view in Salesforce and then send specific information only to that tab. We find that some important information is getting lost in the interesting moments.
Hi Maggie, this is not a customization option. What kind of information is getting lost? Maybe you could create a task or send an email alert for these things?
Thanks for the response. Whenever someone answers a progressive profiling question we want the answer to be visible on the contact page. Currently we add to interesting moments but it quickly falls down the list as more interesting moments happen. Users would need to open the list and search for an answer - creating a less than ideal user experience. Another option is to create it's own field in SFDC but then we'd be adding quite a few new fields to the contact page that already has a lot of custom fields. Notifications won't work since it might be months after the field is completed that we want to access their response.
Gotcha. Well, it sounds like the best option is to create custom fields in SFDC and sync the Marketo fields to that and display them on the contact page. It is annoying to have more custom fields, but it sounds like these fields are important enough to be worth it.
