Campaign results aren't showing up and do not match the campaign report

I'm having issues viewing a smart campaign result.

  • The campaign: I sent an email to ~800 emails.
  • Campaign Report: I can see the opens, bounces, etc. Everything looks good right? It looks like ~50% opened the emails.
  • Campaign Results: But when I go to the Smart Campaign to view the actual results (E.g. who opened and read the emails) it only shows 1 person who was sent the email.

Can someone please help? I wonder what I'm doing wrong here.

Hi Greg, thanks for the reply. Attached is the image of the campaign results. The bottom image is the campaign email performance. You can see the emails delivered does not match the results which only shows 1 send.

Jay - so just to clarify, "Graduation 1" is the name of the "send email" smart campaign AND the name of the email asset?  What sort of data appears when you click on the "Email" tab of the smart campaign?:

Also, is it possible that another smart campaign was used to do the actual send?  Or was this campaign used to send all three emails?  Is your smart campaign (Graduation 1) selected in your Setup tab of the "Campaign Email Performance" report?

HI Jay,

There is not rational explanation here. The campaign being the same, the results should log all the events for all the persons targeted.  Log a support ticket.
