I have a smart campaign called "Sent to Sales" that checks what the acquisition program of the lead is and changes the program status of the lead to "Sent to Sales". All my channels have "Sent to Sales" as the final step.
I realized today that one of my channels also has a step called "Sent", and for some reason Marketo would change the status to "Sent" for leads in that program instead of "Sent to Sales".
My guess is that there is a bug that makes Marketo stop reading when it hits a space in the status name.
Has anyone else experienced this? Are the best practices for naming channel steps that I missed?
