Blocking landing page from being crawled

Hi,

I'm a new Marketo user and was wondering if there is a way to block a landing page from being crawled?

The content on the page in question is the exact same as a page on our main website so I don't want to run into a duplicate content issue. And I only want users from the specific campaign to see the page.

I'd appreciate any help I can get with this

Thanks,

Elihn

Hey Elihn,

You'd want to add a tag like this to the <header> of your page.  You can do this by editing the landing page choosing Actions and Edit Meta Tags:

'<meta name="ROBOTS" name="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">'

This will prevent it from being indexed by most search engines.  You can also change these settings with Google Webmaster tools, and its equivalents in Bing, Yahoo...etc.

Hi,

Is that possible to edit meta tags for multiple pages or setting as default??
