Blacklist Remediation Question

We received a notification from Marketo that an email we sent out hit a Spam trap. I am pinch hitting for our email marketing person who quit and I have no idea where to set up this smartlist. I know how to build one once I am there, but where am I putting it? In my campaigns? A separate one in the database? I asked support, but they aren't being very helpful tonight.
