Thank you all for this discussion! I actually have the same problem as Lindsay. There is just no way we will ever be able to get our sales team to add contacts to opportunities. Our management is very much about the sales group having the least amount of admin work possible. They aren't even the ones who close their opportunities as won. We have a group that handles that for them, along with proposals and such.
