Best practice for structuring campaigns in Salesforce

Hello Everyone,

We are about to launch a campaign in multiple languages. To ensures we have clear reports on campaign performance, source of leads, progression of leads and effectiveness of channels by country and by asset we are wondering what would be the best practice for organising these. For example:

Parent Campaign (SFDC)

2020_03_Global_Product_Campaign-name

Child Campaigns (SFDC)

2020_03_UK_EN_Product_Social_Organic_Linkedin_Campaign-name
2020_03_UK_EN_Product_Social_Organic_Twitter_Campaign-name
2020_03_UK_EN_Product_Social_PPC_Linkedin_Campaign-name
2020_03_UK_EN_Product_PPC_Google_Campaign-name
2020_03_UK_EN_Product_Email_Company-name_Campaign-name
2020_03_UK_EN_Product_Website_Company-name_Campaign-name

2020_03_GER_DE_Product_Social_Organic_Linkedin_Campaign-name
2020_03_GER_DE_Product_Social_Organic_Twitter_Campaign-name
2020_03_GER_DE_Product_Social_PPC_Linkedin_Campaign-name
2020_03_GER_DE_Product_PPC_Google_Campaign-name
2020_03_GER_DE_Product_Email_Company-name_Campaign-name
2020_03_GER_DE_Product_Website_Company-name_Campaign-name

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Diana

I would use 2 letter ISO language and country codes (in that order) because that's the standard format used by programming languages, including Velocity (which has built-in locale support).
